Pros
The company is expanding, which opens a lot of opportunities for me to move out and take on more responsibility in the company. I didn’t feel like I was hitting my full potential in previous companies, always held back. The managers here had a one on one conversation with me and decided to give me an honest chance at proving my worth. I was given more responsibility as long as I was showing good results. This led to a quick promotion.

All the negatives are addressed and sorted. I don't have anything to complain about.
