Pros
Friendly staff (mostly) with a sense of "we are family" If just starting your career, you can learn a lot from the employees that have been around for awhile. Fun events and activities are planned for the company at times but it's just a way to distract you from the real problems.
Cons
Constantly changing company structure and processes Unequal pay, New unexperienced employees typically are paid more than long term employees who know what they are doing. Management tends to promote and value employees that say what they want to hear and aren't actually doing the work. Empty promises of raises, bonuses etc. Most employees are very overworked and underpaid, when people leave their work load gets dumped on everyone else instead of finding a decent replacement.
