Pros

Salary with raises for certifications

Cons

Because you are salary you will be expected to work late daily 10 to 12 hours. If you show up for work early you will be asked to immediately. Favoritism among staff, some can do no wrong. Manager was in the office 2 to 3 days a week and could not offer meaningful assistance. Always wanted things done ASAP no matter what you were doing. The "Throw them to the wolves" training for new employees with the expectation that you will service 100 plus different setup for as many clients is ludicrous. "Churn and burn" environment. You are expected to answer your phone and monitor emails in your off time. Volunteering to work on paid projects without compensation one way to advance quicker. Sorry, you shouldn't ask employees to sacrifice their home lives to fatten up your bottom line.

Pros

There is a system where employees can recognize each other and give a shout out in Teams at any time. You can earn rewards and swag based on that system. People in different departments worked well together. Not very much red tape at all. Upper management was accessible if needed. They did a good job of implementing consistent surveys to gauge employee feelings about a variety of issues and would report metrics in a monthly company meeting. I feel like they really did remote work well. No “dead weight”, everyone is super talented.

Cons

Even though they have been around a while, expect consistent change. On some teams, they don’t disclose how you’ll be measured and don’t disclose the questions they ask clients to get feedback on your performance. They make it up as they go, switch who reviews you with no notice. Make up goals close to a review. Some lower level managers will micromanage you and upper management will put up with atrocious soft skills as long as people are billing enough hours. Expect tons of unpaid overtime to keep up. Nepotism galore! My manager literally admitted to not wanting older workers on the team when going through resumes.
