The team ethos is second to none, a great environment to work in, and in a fantastic location. I learned tons here, across a broad spectrum of different clients / projects. They're always up for personal development, and have frequent social events too.

It's a digital agency not a public sector office full of jobsworths trying to look busy so expect to work hard, and play hard.

Established agency with some great talent who are passionate about what they do and produce quality solutions. The management are caring and don't just pay lip service to being good employers.

Usual small business/agency stuff in terms of meeting deadlines and finding time to improve ways of working but on the whole this is better than at a lot of agencies.
