Pros

Suitable entry level company in regards to marketing. Casual office, attire-wise. Beer. Fun out of office events. Good location.

Cons

Low pay, low morale, division between departments and senior versus middle and junior staff, high turn over, long hours. Basic startup gripes.

We have made many positive changes at the firm to answer to the observations of this review. At the present, several staff have been with us for over 5 years, some in excess of 10 years. Our compensation is competitive with industry standards when compared with advertising firms of a similar size. Complementing the base salary is a comprehensive health care plan, as well as a self-directed portion of which every staff member determines a part of their health care spend tailored to specific needs and interests. Since this post, we have also instituted a program of tuition reimbursement for skills development, along side a quarterly bonus model to celebrate our wins as a team. We are all proud that we have been named as one of Canada’s top 100 advertising agencies; delivering to the needs of some of Canada’s biggest brands.

Pros

- Great people - Easy to commute to office location - Hybrid Model

Cons

- Terrible onboarding, extremely disorganized backend - Geriatric system management, tools and software - Male-led agency, resulting in very much a "boys club" mentality
