Pros

Get some amazing projects, and as a small company with a good culture you get to work on all aspects of it. Some of the broadest design consultancy experience you can get early on.

Cons

Very low compensation, you are perpetually a contractor. So you have to be in it to learn and get experience.

Pros

Good breadth of project type, tight-knit, multi-disciplinary design team.

Cons

While projects are overall diverse, they are more frequently for the medical field. This isn't really a con, but it's a good thing to know ahead of time.

Pros

Usually a good range of project types to work on. Nice location. If you are willing to take on responsibilities outside your formal job description and stand up for what you deserve, the compensation can be good.

Cons

Too large a reliance on unpaid interns and recent graduates, and project/client management seems almost non-existent. Poor project planning and strategy means that many projects end up languishing on the back burner following a lot of back and forth and small fits of progress. A very small team, so unfortunately not a lot of room to learn or grow.
