      Company went downhill after they bought Summit research labs - Machine Operator Elementis Employee Review

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work we were a family ran business we had great health insurance Christmas parties employee luncheons to show that the company cared about its workers and that was when we were Summit research labs

      Cons

      If you to be treated like a number this place is not for you ever since we were bought they've turned us elementis is nothing but a prison they've changed us took away our good health insurance are benefits the company does not give back anything to its employees.

      Really Great Company to Work For- Great People, interesting work. Really friendly environment. Flexible office hours vs remote work Reasonable/helpful supervisors
