Loved working with Elements. Great team. Great product.

I can't say enough about the great team I've been able to work with at Elements. Everyone is working at such a high level. And there's no ego problems. It's so refreshing to be allowed to do your best work and to give and receive feedback without fear or anxiety.

The only downside is just the instability of startup life, which isn't really Elements' fault. And, as a remote team, I wish it was easier to get together with everyone from the team. We convene in-person a few times a year, but I wish we could get together more often. Also, just a small team, but lots of white dudes, so diversity isn't where I'd like it to be.
