Pros

Great franchisees who (for the most part) are passionate about the brand and appreciative for any/all support.

Cons

Progress is seriously limited due to a few key personalities at the Support Center and anyone who challenges them is viewed as "being difficult to work with" and ignored until they finally give up and stop trying so hard. 90% of the Corporate office has no understanding or appreciation of the work done in the field.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere overall, and most employees tend to stay focused on their own work. Therapists are paid hourly when there are gaps in bookings, depending on schedule availability. The franchise owners seemed to genuinely care and did their best to keep the business running smoothly.

Cons

Compensation structure can feel inconsistent when client volume is low. In my experience, workplace communication and management style created stress that affected team dynamics and overall morale. I sometimes felt uncomfortable in the environment and ultimately decided it wasn’t the right long-term fit for me professionally. Since leaving, I’ve found a workplace that aligns better with my goals and values.
