Pros
Education, sense of community, culture. I really enjoy working here where my talents are utilized on a high level daily and the growth and education opportunities are only limited by myself. I have been a full time Realtor for 21 years and I am hard pressed to find a company in the Los Angles area that aligns with my ethics and values. I find it laughable to those who write a poor review of us on here or anywhere else as we are a widely diverse company in all aspects of real estate and who we hire, and as with any firm some of those people just don't make it as they are either lazy or just want an hourly job and no growth. I see this every day from other companies and people I work with outside of this firm well. You have to go get it. Nothing is handed to you. LA is a fast paced city and if you can't keep up you are passed by. Some people make it in and some don't. Personally this is also why I like this company as they get it and they work hard for it and we all expect nothing less of each other. That's what gets me excited and keeps me going in real Estate.

My commute is over an hour and am at the office every day. I got used to it though
