Lot of freedom for work/life balance, my position was contracted and only required 20 hours per month, meaning I could balance work and college A lot of support from coworkers A lot of students from Clemson, allowing Clemson students to network easily

Doesn’t pay a whole lot of you’re just basic QA and if you stick with Tier 1 QA instead of moving to one of the higher tiers, it doesn’t look amazing on your resume, but it’s better than nothing for sure.
