Elevate was founded off of the idea that Doctors getting support for their practice shouldn't mean they have to give up control. From my experience with Elevate, I've seen they actually practice what they preach. Leadership values the feedback of our clinical professionals and uses everyone's feedback to continuously improve.

There are a couple of nice employees who sit in the center of the room

The setup of your office space is very uncomfortable and gives no options for personalization which again contributes to a muted culture Lack of inspirational leadership in HR Judgemental individual in HR who fails to take the time to get to know you and what makes you tik. It's gross. Expensive benefits
