      Helping people when they are in a vulnerable state

      Cons

      management, HR, owners, unprofessional staff, no training for all staff Clients- (Besides your therapist, the company does NOT care about you and your therapist is mistreated and undervalued + unless you are private pay, you will get brushed off and staff is being told to treat you differently depending on the amount of money you have)

      Supporting Clients during a tough time

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job where you need some hands on experience and then leave then this is it. However, if you are looking for consistency, this place is not it. The management is very unprofessional and they do not care about their employees. They do not train you on any crisis management and expect you to know how to handle these situations. You wont be supported working here.
