Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad to hear your time with Elevations was such a positive experience. Our culture is one of our greatest strengths and we work hard to maintain a collaborative and welcoming culture. We have also noticed that the market is changing and the way people work is changing. Part of what makes Elevations a top employer is our focus on work life balance. It’s part of who we are. As Elevations continues to grow, our leadership will work to ensure that that balance does not go away, whether we’re working onsite or remotely.

Pros

Great hybrid schedule, supportive coworkers, inclusive culture, and a leadership team that genuinely cares about members and employees. The flexibility and work-life balance are some of the strongest benefits. I’ve enjoyed working with talented people across the organization and appreciate the mission driven environment.

Cons

Some departments appear understaffed for the amount of work expected, which can create challenges and make the organization feel more like a large corporation without the staffing resources to support it. Career growth opportunities can be limited in certain areas, and compensation adjustments often rely on salary supplements rather than meaningful salary progression, which can be frustrating given today’s economic environment.
