      Flexible scheduling and freedom, with little overseeing

      Higher process is fast but confusing, kids are a lot to deal with sometimes, management is also confused and a lil all over the place

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
