      Pros

      Less tensed working environment. No fixed lunch hours. Management is average some are friendly some are less friendly but none are too hot head.

      Cons

      Mostly there are night shifts since more than half of the company is US based.

      Safe for females & u get too much to learn

      Cons

      Nothing as such but there is no proper HR meetings where conducted where you can share your experience or feedback related to your organisation or your manager so that you know you get a proper support so that is lacking, otherwise everything is great, and I love my experience there
