      Pros

      Workers were generally respected by management and it was overall a friendly working environment.

      Cons

      Working schedules were often unorganised eg: you may be asked to come into work on the same day as being asked and your work shifts may be changed without your notice.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
