Management style is heavily focused on control rather than support or development. Employees who challenge decisions, raise concerns, or cannot be controlled are often either pushed out through poor treatment or subjected to such a toxic environment that they feel forced to resign. There is a clear culture of manipulation, fear, and poor leadership practices, with staff wellbeing being consistently undermined.
