Friendly teams, quite laid back atmosphere, company car scheme, others had the opportunity to travel within Europe, helpful admin team, doesn’t seem to be a hire and fire culture based on results
Cons
Low salary, disorganised, passed across 4 or 5 people to answer a question which should be simple, poor customer service, bad reputation, old fashioned offices, high turnover of staff, poor and old IT, awful training
