      I honestly spent 15 minutes considering what to say in my review of this company, but I couldn't come up with anything other than paying salaries on time.

      Cons

      Lower salary, No complementary facilities, There are fewer holidays, Fewer chances for job advancement, Lack of appreciation, etc.

      Mostly contract-based hiring; long-term employee growth is limited. Projects are assigned based on company convenience rather than employee interest. Limited recognition or rewards for employee contributions. Communication from management can sometimes be unclear.
