The simple mission is to get everyone home safely! The owner has two little kids and he is trying to keep the wheels on the school and his family. A very savvy and caring man.

The scheduling gets to be difficult, but we usually get to where we need to be!

Cares about business and employees. Can be really good to people. Flexible schedules, for the most part. Training and certification paid by company.

Poor treatment and communication after resignation. Owner can be a hothead, doesn't deal with situations well. Management can be unprofessional and give out confidential information without thinking. Classes added to schedule without consideration of employee needs. Allowed employees too much leeway when violating company policy or state regulations. Often felt others acted unprofessionally and it reflected badly on me.
