Hi, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to give our company constructive criticism as we are always looking to improve. We value all feedback from employees, whether past or present. Each situation is specific, and it is helpful to have an understanding of various viewpoints, as in all issues.
We always stress that Elite has a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where it may seem as if all the work is concentrated on a few people, but please understand that everyone ‘wears multiple hats,’ and we strive to conduct our business in a way that motivates everyone to work hard every day that they come to work. It is our belief that the senior management doesn’t let anyone get an easy pass as described in your review—including management. We strive to keep-up with changes in technology and place goals throughout many departments to keep up with our highly-competitive industry. While change is not a concept easy to embrace, we endeavor to implement this idea in all aspects of our operation. This may lead to conflicts necessary to identify the need for organization, structure, and systems to help drive results. Conflicts, in our view, cannot be reduced to gender disagreements as described in your review.
