Unprofessional and Mismanaged - Language Consultant Elixir (UK) Employee Review

Was paid on time 1 month out of 10, including my final paycheck being withheld as I had departed the country on holiday time. Was not compensated for flights or insurance, despite both of these being in the contract. In my time I have never come across a less professional working environment, with the lazy owner delegating tasks at will whilst holding unrealistic expectations. I was treated like a piece of equipment rather than an employee.
