Pros
I had my first job opportunity with Elkanodata and although I had doubts about the functioning of the organization and the remote mode of work, the experience in the end has turned out to be very positive since the integration has been very easy from the first moment and I am very comfortable with the assigned functions.
Cons
The remote work sometimes is not as agile as the face-to-face but it all depends on the organization and here there is practically no problem with it.
