Workplace Culture - Anonymous employee Ellenex Employee Review

I thought long and hard to try and find something positive to say, but nothing came to mind.

Constantly being monitored. There are CCTV cameras set up to watch you at your desk. Expectation to work outside business hours. Unrealistic expectations. Staff are either brought on as interns and don't stick around, or people resign/are fired for the slightest reason. No long-term staff aside from the owners. Requests for help almost always ignored. Unlikely to pay you properly. No transparency. Feedback from most existing clients is overwhelmingly negative. This means very little repeat business No accountability.
