Pros
There were no pros to working here.
Cons
- 12 hour shifts with minimal breaks.
- Patients receiving poor treatment and having to witness this first hand.
- The building had a ‘wobble room’ for staff to cry in, need I say more.
- Management are disgusting. The owner of the company comes in and will demand you to be doing something but has no idea how anything is run. He chooses patients based off how much money they have.
- Difficult for patients to recover as the food on offer is so disgusting even if they chose to eat. Most of the patients are not offered any decent therapeutic treatment, so will just eat to get out. Unsafe.
- Staffing levels are beyond unsafe. You or a peer will likely be assaulted or feel threatened.
- Working here will haunt you- do not do it.
