The staff benefits are very good and unlike a lot of companies in the industry.
There is a good culture throughout the whole company !

A family-run business where everyone is on a first-name basis, regardless of seniority. The company has a very sociable and welcoming culture, with a genuinely friendly team. There’s a strong level of trust from management, allowing you the freedom to bring in business without micromanagement. Overall, a positive atmosphere both in-store and across the branch network.
saw multiple people get fired over what looked like jealously due to upper management not liking how well some new starters got on with existing staff and tried to push changes staff wanted for ages.
