During my tenure at Elliptic, there were multiple organisational restructures which unfortunately resulted in some people losing their jobs. This happened at least 4 or 5 times during my time there. This often left the employees feeling quite uncertain and it took a while to get back into the swing of things and to continue delivering our work.
Whilst these changes created uncertainty and required adjustments, they didn't completely overshadow the overall positive experience I had.
One last con (or pro for some) is that most people work fully remote, so there isn't too much of an in-person office atmosphere.
