      • The manager of the Ken store is great; everyone's very friendly • There is relatively good staff discount • They are really friendly people to work with

      Cons

      • The pay is pretty low for London, but not bad compared to other competitors (Outdoor Cycle Concepts) either. • Can't think of any others • Not loads of scope for growth
