Collaborative Work Culture Team members and leadership are approachable, open to ideas, and encourage cross-functional collaboration, which makes the design process smoother and more fulfilling. Opportunities for Skill Development Continuous learning is encouraged through exposure to a wide range of tools, platforms (like WordPress, Vue.js, and more), and real-world design challenges. Creative Freedom and Ownership Designers are trusted with meaningful projects and given autonomy to explore, propose, and implement their design ideas. Pros

Friendly Team and Great Learning Experience Eloit is a great place to work. The team is friendly and always ready to help. I get to learn new things every day, especially about school management systems, student MIS, SIS, and learning software. The work culture is positive, and it feels good to be part of a company that supports schools and students.

Cons

No major problems so far. The workplace is well-managed, and help is always available when needed.

Pros

No good things i have ever seen this company

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The working days are Monday to Saturday. Only a few exceptional employees are allowed to work from home and get Saturdays off. New joiners and others must come to the office. Another issue is with the Provident Fund (PF). The company does not actually contribute to the PF. They deduct the entire PF amount from the employee’s salary but still show the company contribution on the payslip. There are only five holidays in a year and only one leave allowed per month. It’s a high-pressure job with no good salary package. I didn't see any HR stay for more than one month in this company. The majority of HR employees resign within a short time
