I had a very disappointing experience working at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. SEO Executive. The work environment lacked proper structure and professionalism. There was poor management, unclear expectations, and constant pressure without adequate support. Growth opportunities were limited, and employee concerns were often ignored. Communication between teams and leadership was not effective, which made day-to-day work more frustrating. Overall, it did not feel like a positive or supportive workplace. I would not recommend this company for long-term career growth.
