Pros
-Strong leadership -Friendly staff -Stability There is an opportunity to learn a lot about the power system space. Management is quite down to earth and while at times disagreeable, generally friendly and enjoyable.
Cons
-Senior management sometimes don't dig down to the deeper issues and play whack-a-mole with the symptomatic problems. -Little to no mobility, you will only ever be promoted/raise if you get a better offer from another company, or someone above you leaves. -Lack of strong Engineering skills. Lots of churn means most engineers are very new having only been at the company for a year or so.
