-summer days, paid time to spend at the pool -connections with kids -connections with the other employees (not upper management) who deal with the same things you do
Cons
-pay is abysmal for the inconsistency of the job and the stresses dealt with. Starting wage is not livable in Sioux Falls even with full time hours. -managers consistently guilt trip you when you need to be gone for something/are sick -company consistently breaks State childcare laws -working with primarily underage coworkers/highschoolers
