      Good exposure to renewable energy industry. I liked the challenge of the projects and the room for ownership within the role.

      Pay is too low and lack of benefits Expensive health insurance No remote days Senior management lacks strong direction

      Pros

      40 hours easy People are nice - great environment Managers listen to concerns and bring resolution to the desk. I am remote which is not normal for EmPower to do and I thank them for that! :) love it here overall

      Cons

      Wish I could visit more often. Not as transparent as I want them to be about the business but I’ve learned some news either way.

      Coworkers were positive and supportive. Great place to learn about solar and the industry.

      Cons

      Little room for growth. Upper management not transparent. Future of business seemed to always be uncertain.
