-Toxic environment. -people with power or seniors and executives can easily take advantage of juniors. -I have been subjected to a lot of harassment because my religion was different than my boss and the senior manager in my department. - In Ramadan fasting Muslims only can leave early, however, non-fasting Muslims even if sick they have to work the 9 hours. -Juniors are underpaid and used to work more than 10 hours a day. -It is not allowed to put (out of office reply) when you go on leave also you are obliged to answer your mobile phone after working hours. -Emaar is a toxic place to work with unless you have connections and power.
