Pros
They say that they only hire premium talents (and I agree of course), so their clients are rest assured of the quality and skillset of the manpower that they hire. Anyone would easily love it here and feel at home in many ways, it's definitely 'an office to be proud of' - great facilities, lots of open spaces (I'm talking about SFS). So far so good in salary payments; no delays and stuff like that. HR and IT are okay. Beautiful people.. Updates and upgrades are frequent and satisfying. And i love their promise to help their employees find the next job quickly without losing their current role and seniority level if or whenever their client pulls out.
Cons
As the saying goes, "You can't have your cake and eat it too." No business, no organization. no nothing and no one is 100% perfect and without flaws. So just a heads up, they currently (sadly) still have no Life Insurance for their employees. And the current HMO is just not the top choice (personally, in my honest opinion). There's not a lot of employee perks to enjoy (at least not yet for the time being). Depending on where particular site or office branch you are assigned or based in, extroverts can feel 'alone' because not everybody is working the same shifts with you. But for introverts - people like me who would rather work alone without all the noise and the bullying and/or politics, segmented setup is actually perfect!
