      I really love EMAPTA. Imagine from Recruitment up to the day that you’re hired they make sure that you’re on the same page, they update you from time to time and they welcomed you like a real family. I really love the enthusiasm of everyone. Looking forward to grow in EMAPTA

      Pros

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
