      Good pay, good people, good clinical staff, good providers

      Upper management and administration are out of touch. Lots of turn over in administrative positions.

      Pros

      Able to pick up extra shifts for extra cash. Work life balance is not bad if you work with a surgeon who respects your time. Decent PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Bonus is structured heavily towards PAs seeing patients, you lose out if you work in the OR. Management is awful, they have no idea what’s going on, yet try to micromanage. If you work for a good doctor who respects you and your time, it makes working there tolerable.
