      Pros

      Some peers are amazing! Feria & Christmas party (Expenses paid - you have a budget for trains/flights and hotel if you wanna stay overnight!) New office in Seville - Coming soon!- Hoping to see it and going to Seville again. Nice company if you're a plain person who doesn't want to grow! Note - expenses won't be paid if you live in Seville or on the outskirts!

      Cons

      Fake flexibility - many meetings. Your schedule is your "above" schedule. Bad communication between teams. No career path. Salary is not equal - old mentality about salaries. + Years have higher salaries, even if they are doing same or less tasks than you. They are friends and new hires are strangers for them... So difficult be trusted!

      Pros

      Is a very 'healthy' place and there are a lot of experts. You can talk with everybody without any type of restriction. The main office is wonderful and the company provides a lot of facilities. Really good things: * A lot of experts * Good management * A lot of opensource * Interesting projects

      Cons

      Well, Emergya is a young company. It has all the "downsides" that a young company has: young QA, young practices... but the good feeling and the well-knowledge inside the company helps to minimize this kind of problems.
