Apart from the working start at 9.30 until 04.00, there's absolutely nothing good with this company.

- Micro managing by FOUNDER, make day to day operational work in a mess; - No advancement of career, unless you are one of the favorite of Founder; - Didn't care at all with People, no planning or training whatsoever to develop people - Founder didn't know how to run a company, everything a mess under the founder - Toxic positivity WILL develop in this company

The work is intense but you see the impact you're making Also, working with people from so many different countries is a big plus for me

Because the company grew so fast, things can feel a bit chaotic and you sometimes have to figure things out on your own
