      A positive and supportive teammate, easy to discuss ideas with. The company has potential clients, pays salary and EPF on time, offers flexibility, good work-life balance, and provides a refreshing work environment.

      Didn’t see a clear picture of the company’s growth, and sometimes experienced workload overload.

      Pros

      - the salary is okay for beginner/entry level/fresh graduate - relaxing work - friendly coworker and manager

      Cons

      - the job scope is to repair their products but imo its a technician level job, not much of career development. - its a small company if someone is absent, then you need to cover their jobs - no epf socso if you are a contract staff, it took 2 years to be a permanent staff - no clinic panel
