Decent pay per class because of the faculty union, nice campus facilities, quick communication across campus departments, LGBTQ friendly, great location accessible by the MBTA.

Terrible AI policy: the school "partners" with an AI company and integrates AI into the library website, incentivizing students to take research shortcuts and making it impossible to enforce rules on AI in the classroom.
