      open to fresh graduates, opportunity to collaborate is present

      Cons

      - lack of proper guidance especially for interns - intern workload is at par with managerial level - no longer hiring for potential, focusing on expertise and contribution for new hires - performance review for salary increase became a whack, a lot of employees did not get a raise
