Hands down, the people. I have a lot of opportunities to take on or own a lot of responsibilities that I did not get in larger companies. We are growing fast, but the company has changed a lot over the past two years. We are more focused than ever, and our SSP is growing fast and long with CTV.

They are mostly remote and that can be hard to build relationships. We are a smaller company and a lot of things are not in place (expected for this size). Glassdoor Reviews seem to include reviews from employees who were let go.

Good healthcare options for different situations before they were acquired (again)

Everything else. Management hasn’t got a clue. Let the whole company go under and now is actually trying again? Maybe don’t. Captain goes down with his ship.
