Pros
Everyone I work with is great - extremely on top of their work, very smart, capable, and innovative, and kind to each other. Work is always done to a very high quality, and people genuinely care about helping each other out and making sure coworkers are setup for success in collaborative work. We have a lot of super smart, accomplished people who are doing really great work, and care a ton about it being done well. My work/life balance is really good, and people are respectful of personal time. Slack messages on evenings and weekends are rare, and I feel very supported taking vacation and being totally offline while I'm out. My manager is great - really advocates for his team members, makes sure to highlight successes and push for their growth, and always makes time for us even when he's super busy. Company leadership is also very accessible and approachable. The CEO is great - he sets a really positive tone for respect and equity, as well as high quality work and excitement for where we're going. After some big leadership changes in the last year or so we now also have a really strong exec team in place that I'm confident in.
Cons
It's extremely faced paced, and a small company - so everyone wears a lot of different hats and there can be big workloads and high pressure at times.
