Pros

Continuing education that's paid for if you can make it to a year.

Cons

They do not care about the patients as the reputation proclaims. They do not mind cancelling patients and rescheduling them multiple times within a month to accommodate a provider's lack of commitment to patients. There is a high employee turnover rate with poor retention. Very territorial employees that do not like to see a new team member exceed at what they've been trying to do for years. A hostile work environment that leaves a team member defensive and overall miserable because one cannot focus or be productive with all the drama that's going on amongst mid-management and their flunkies or clique.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good

Cons

Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
