No team work the nurses forgot where they came from they will not get there hands dirty (will let the patient stay wet and stool on the patients) and management will not disclipine the RNs All the RNs do is sit on the computers and stay on FB or ordering things for there wedding and managerment just stands there like its nothing while they suffering the internet and not turning patients.
