Pros
Sometimes had coffee and sometimes the bathroom was cleaned/ trash was taken out
Cons
This company is shady, to say the least. They brand and advertised as a Marketing Firm, yet this was far from it. When I interview, and got the job, the “receptionist” no longer worked for the company, nor did anyone give me and email or phone number to contact them for further instructions. I did have another job at the time, and would need to give a 2 weeks’ notice to them, since I was quitting. This company emails me 2 days prior to my start date, expecting me to quit and report to them at 8am. This should have been a red flag, but I was excited to start a new job. They say you’re on salary, yet how much you are being paid, depends on how much you sell at a KROGER GAS STATION, YOU ARE LITERALLY SELLING CAR WAX/ CLEANER AT A GAS STATION FOR 8+ HOURS A DAY. The worst part? Didn’t matter the weather; 100+ degrees, rain, or snow, you still had to work, plus no sick days. Also, don’t expect to be reimbursed for driving 30 – 45 minutes there and back to the Kroger Gas Stations (yes, some were in Delaware County), because you won’t be. You have no benefits until you are at “higher level management” and no PTO days. When I interviewed I asked about pay, and they said I would make ~$500 a week, little did I know, that was dependent on how much I were to sell. DO NOT WORK HERE. This is 100% a pyramid scheme, don’t waste your time. The good reviews are fake or at least written by the owner.
