Training is bad, doesn't provide the detail you need to sell anything but carpeting. Tell you to have learn from local team. Local team has no interest in training you properly. Tells you income is way above what you will actually make. Will under compensate you for drive time. Appointment locations and drive time make no sense. Will often work 12-14 hours. Many projects are not worth your time or energy to show up. No way to tell if your being compensated properly.
