Pros
- Fully remote (if you like that sort of thing)
- Unlimited PTO that you really can use (at least in my department)
- Mostly good people to work with
- The product genuinely isn't bad, compared to its peers
Cons
- Constant layoffs. Nearly every quarter. General sense of dread there.
- They'll sell you on a bonus but then never deliver any of it.
- Lacking a cohesive vision for what they want to do/be
- Atmosphere got very political in recent years.
- Broadly, feels like the company is treading water, trying to keep afloat as long as possible. Got a billion-dollar valuation several years ago, but it feels like an albatross now.
